Odd Cheerios Symptoms Reported - Cheerios, Mishawaka Indiana

Eat Cheerios dang near every day. Never an issues. However, recently about 2 hours after I ate anything I had very bad abdonmal cramps and AWFUL pain. Felt like I was digesting a rat or a stone. No runs, but my poop was very very light brown and yellowish and it came out in odd, bent shapes. Bad and rough gurgling sounds. Felt very heavy after eating like a stone in my stomach or something.
