I started eating the Cheerios Oat Crunch Cinnamon at random since February 2023. Every time I eat them regardless of quantity I get painful stomach cramps and gas. I only eat the cereal with almond milk and sometimes I eat it dry. Every time I eat this cereal I experience these painful symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
