Cheerios Cause Severe Cramps - Cheerios, Paxton Illinois

I decided last Friday to purchase 2 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios from our local small town grocery store. The cereal now is in the shapes of hearts and circles. 3 times now each time shortly after consuming I have had severe stomach cramps, sweats, with bouts of diarrhea. Each time has been within a 1/2 hour to 2 hours after consuming this cereal. 1st time was Saturday, 2nd time was Sunday/Father's Day. I did not eat on Mon, Tues, or Wed and was fine. Thursday I decided to try again and got sick again same as before. I'm now afraid to eat ever again. I still have 1 opened and 1 unopened box of this cereal. I was going to take on camping trip this w/e, but not after this! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating
