I’ve never had an issue with cereal. I can eat it any time. On Monday I had a bowl of Cheerios and about an hour later I had horrible gas pain and diarrhea most of the night.

Thinking this was just a fluke I had a bowl of Cheerios this morning and I’ve had stomach discomfort most of the morning. No diarrhea as of yet.

After seeing a report of people having similar issues associated with dry cereal, I decided to post. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
