I noticed the other day after I ate a bowl of Golden Grahams that I felt extremely nauseous. Next day I ate a bowl of cheerios cinnamon oat crunch and literally threw it back up in the middle of eating it. Didn’t think much of it but today I ate another few bites of the same Cheerios and am nauseous again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
