Child Sick After Happy Meal - McDonald's, San Diego California

Our son ate there at 4:32pm on June 19, 2021 and a couple of hours later, he looked pale and started shaking profusely. My extremely active boy felt so sick and curled up into a ball. Next he started vomiting a lot and it was everything he ate there...which was a happy meal with a cheeseburger, fries, apple juice, and he opted for extra fries instead of apple slices.

Update: He's feeling much better this morning after a very long night of being very sick.. thank goodness! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Shaking
