Spaghetti Illness: Multiple Reports - Chef Boyardee, Austin Texas

My husband ate Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs yesterday and at 3:00 am he started throwing up and is still throwing up. He has nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, slight fever, chills. He said it didn't quite taste right., I was hoping to see if there were other reports about this and there seem to be a few. We have eaten it for years and are very disappointed.

07/26 update: I took a photo of the bottom of the can. 2100215720A19031 EST794 BEST BY MAY262024 I have been in touch with our doctor but the vomiting did stop last night about 9:30. He has had ice chips and now water sips today. And because I have Covid I had to test him for that and he has that as well. He is 80. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
