I order the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato Friday evening around 7PM.
After I ate the sandwich about 10pm i started throwing up everything that I ate and having dearie, really bad. I threw up everything and diarrhea and I’ve had it all weekend when I ate your food Friday and will probably have to go to the hospital tomorrow. I don’t know if I’ll ever eat Chick-fil-A again, you need to do something. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
