I ate a sausage ans cheese biscuit with an small Arnold Palmer *sunjoy at 10:15. At 11:30 I started vomiting. I had yp leave work and continued vomiting until 7pm. At that time my body began to cramp and I went to the emergency room. I had to be admitted ans given potassium ans electrolytes. I had to stay overnight. I was released the next evening.
