4 weeks ago reported by user-zykt5225 business

Chick-fil-A, 5502 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD, USA

5502 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, 20747 Maryland, United States

On Saturday, December 13th, I went to the Chic-fil-A in District Heights, Maryland. I ordered the macaroni and cheese, fries, and the spicy chicken sandwich. Not long after, maybe 2 hours after I ended up vomiting. Currently it is Tuesday, December 16th, and I still can't keep any foods or drinks down. If I'm not throwing it up, I am using the bathroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
