At 4:25 pm I ordered a 12 count nugget meal with an extra fry and cheese sauce. When I was on the train my stomach immediately felt horrible and my forehead was sweating. Once I reached home I vomit and had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
