I ate a spicy southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing around noon. For the next 12 hours starting at 2 PM, I had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I could not keep water down and the diarrhea was completely liquid. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
