Chick-n-Minis Trigger Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Evansville Indiana

Around 9:30am I ate a 4 chick-n-minis, medium fruit cup, small hash brown, and an unsweetened tea with sweetener. Within a few hours afterwards, started to get gassy in my stomach and had egg smelling burps. That went on for most the day but then later in the evening had a bowel movement. Woke up to extreme stomach pain and passed a couple more bowel movements all while burning up and still burping sulfur. Not sure if it was truly what/where I ate but all I know is my stomach has not felt the same all day since being there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Burping
