275-295 Kingery Highway, Elmhurst, 60126 Illinois, United States
10-10-14 Drive Thru: Purchased grilled chicken sandwich drive thru with lettuce, tomato, BBQ sauce. Felt nausea soon after eating, then vomited 5x after returning to work, and 4 more times in evening. Could not go to work 10-11-16 due to symptoms. Diarrhea started early AM 10-11-16 lasting all day with continued nausea. Went to work but had to leave to totally uncontrollable watery diarrhea. No fever, body aches, or abdominal cramping at this point, but starting to get dehydrated. Have not saught medical treatment as of yet. Called store and informed Manager on 10-10-16 as well as CSR at Corporate Headquarters. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
