Chicken Sandwich Illness ER - Chick-Fil-A, Madison Alabama

On March 6, 2024 I got serious food poisoning from this location. I had a deluxe chicken sandwich w/american cheese, waffle fries, and lemonade which I immediately noticed had an odd taste after I had driven off. My spouse had a non-deluxe with a sprite with no illness.

Later that night I became extremely sick, fever, chills, vomiting, and diarrhea all simultaneously. After several hours I eventually became so extremely weak and overheated that I collapsed with my spouse having to call 911 around 4am.

This was the only meal I consumed and it was either in the lettuce, tomatoes, or mold in the oddly tasting lemonade. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Fever, Chills
