I purchased a Market Salad with grilled chicken yesterday (8/20/22). When I got home I had to pick most of the lettuce out as it was brown, wilted and looked as if it had been frozen. Called the store to make them aware and was told salads were prepared daily and that they would inspect the rest of them and throw them out if need be. I was also told when I come back I could get a refund with my receipt (and of course I was not even given a receipt). Since I ate what was left of my salad, I have had horrible diarrhea and vomiting. It started yesterday and now going into my second day of this. It’s horrible! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
