CFA Meal Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Kapolei Hawaii

Ordered chick fil a last night 1/22 around 8pm after my workout. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a thing of fries + diet lemonade. Around 11pm I went to bed and an hour later all hell broke loose. Food sat in my upper stomach being rejected by my body all night. From 1215am to 745am I have been non stop vomiting and diarrhea-ing all night. Absolutely horrendous my body will not hold any food whatsoever. Body temp measurement 99.4 and SPO2 in normal ranges. Nothing else consumed and very healthy overall. 100% from whatever I had at CFA. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
