I had a chicken sandwich with lettuce only. It was my first meal of the day since I woke up late. I noticed that the lettuce was pale and not as fresh as usual and tasted a little bitter, but I was hungry so I ate it. I eat here at least once a week and never have issues.This time, sadly, I got very sick. About four hours after eating, I started feeling pain in my stomach and bloating. I wasn't worried until I then got chills and the pain got worse. I was so sick and dizzy that I actually passed out for a moment on the way to the bathroom and fell over.
I have spent all of today in the bathroom in extreme pain with diarrhea. I haven't gone to a doctor yet but a family member is a nurse, and she says my symptoms are consistent with LISTERIA FOOD POISONING. I really hope I don't end up in the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Chills
