Suspected source: Chick-fil-A Chicken Minis
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: 2/17 Went to get breakfast on Monday 2/17, and 6 hours later was in the bathroom violently ill. And have not improved.

Ate there 6/8 - lettuce wrapped burger. Started having abdominal cramping/pain that progressively became more severe until Tuesday when I had episodes of frankly bloody diarrhea. Went to ER dx with Shiga-Toxin Producing E Coli with severe colitis and was hospitalized for 2 days with IV and oral Abx.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Bloody Stool
