It started about 20 minutes ago about 30 minutes after I ate nuggets from a kids meal at Chick-fil-A Wesley Chapel NC. I think the nuggets because I was perfectly fine before that. Two of the nuggets felt like they had a different texture.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I have not been this sick in years. Started before I even left the restaurant. I was fine. Had the Johnny trio with fettuccini on the side and the new mezzaluna appetizer. Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Chick-fil-A Chicken Minis
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: 2/17 Went to get breakfast on Monday 2/17, and 6 hours later was in the bathroom violently ill. And have not improved.
