Had a reward for a free spicy sandwich which I picked up through the drive-thru which I ordered an additional fries (medium). Immediately after tasting the sandwich it tasted way off very salty and tough to bite into. After ignoring the signs and completely eating the order, there was this heavy feeling on my chest, I felt like I wanted to throw up. Moments later there was nonstop throwing up from last night the 11/07/22 into today 11/08/22. The most excruciating feeling of constantly vomiting along with diarrhea & drained tiredness. The whole ordeal was just one of the worse. If it does not clear even a little later I'll have to go to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
