Had a southwest Salad and Grilled Nuggets (I’m Keto Dieting). It was the only other thing I ate that day other than Eggs, Bacon and avocado for breakfast, so it had to be the culprit. Symptoms began in the middle of the night. Spent the entire next day with vomiting, diarrhea, intense body aches, and awful headache. Almost totally recovered by following day.
