My wife and I were driving from Phoenix to Tucson and against our better judgement we stopped in Casa Grande to get food. Chic-fil-a seemed like the most logical choice. The next morning we both woke up with full blown diarrhea, we felt dizzy and my wife threw up multiple times. This happened on Saturday September 24th and today is Monday the 26th. We're both home in bed with a fever and we had to take off from work. We both ordered the same meal, a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato with bacon added to it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
