On Monday, May 3, 2021 I went to this place. I purchased the original chicken sandwich meal without fries, I substituted with fresh fruit and Florida Natural orange juice that was sealed bottle.

The chicken sandwich did not taste the same as big as I’ve had before. It was a little off and the tasted weird. I was in the process of moving so I passed off the weird taste as stress from the move.

By Monday evening I was really sick. I had nausea, stomach cramps and the diarrhea that lasted for over the two days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
