I ate the chicken cool wrap with avocado dressing a sundry tea 3 days ago and have had uncontrollable diarrhea since. Was vomiting initially that turned into severe stomach pain, headache, body aches and diarrhea. 7/26/2023- 12 hours later vomiting and diarrhea 7/27/2023 - vomiting continues through morning and nonstop diarrhea all day. Body aches and headaches 7/28/2023 diarrhea all day again. Headache continues. Ate broth and some vegetables for the first time since on set 7/29/2023- still diarrhea and body aches all night. Eating bananas and Imodium to stop diarrhea! I fear it’s a bacterial infection . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Body Ache
