April 15, 2023. Early this morning at about 1:30 AM I woke up ill. This was the second time I’ve eaten the spicy southwest grilled chicken salad with the creamy salsa that I’ve ended up in the bathroom with diarrhea after about three hours of eating the salad. I have eaten the salad many times but the last two times have not been good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
