Severe Symptoms After Chicken - Chick-Fil-A, Wilmington North Carolina

6 years ago reported by user-crnt5647 business

Chick-fil-A, Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC, USA

3389 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, 28403 North Carolina, United States

Ate a chicken sandwich and a fruit cup for dinner.  Woke up early with severe bloody diarrhea, horrible abdominal cramps, nausea, slight fever, my blood pressure was elevated due to dehydration. Still sick 16 hrs later.  I haven’t been this sick in 20+ years.  , I was the only one who ate there for dinner on Saturday, Sep 7th.  My husband & son had already eaten hotdogs from another restaurant.  They went by drive-through on their way home for me, as they’ve done often from this location.  They were home in about 15 minutes.  I ate it immediately. Symptoms started as soon as I woke up to get ready for church (at 8am). | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Dehydration, Cramps
