On 7/22/23, I had a 3 Ct chicken strip meal with macaroni & lemonade. Shortly after eating my meal, I started experiencing stomach pains and nausea. I’ve been throwing up & running to the bathroom ever since. Nothing has stayed on my stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
