My wife got food poisoning from the lettuce on the chick fil a club sandwich. I’m sure it was the lettuce because me and my son ate there too but only had chicken nuggets. We all had fries and drinks, so the only thing my wife had different was the lettuce. She woke up with liquid diarrhea, nausea, and stomach cramps. It progressed as the day went on and led to multiple bouts of vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
