6pm central. Ate a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, Polynesian sauce, sweet tea, and a few apple pieces from a fruit cup. Around 1am I wake to stomach cramps, and acid reflux. Then around 3am I have diarrhea and vomiting. The lettuce is the only solid from what I can see in my diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Acid reflux
