Ordered a fried chicken sandwich with extra pickles, fries, and a coke at about 8 PM on 10/24/2020. Hadn't had lunch, so was experiencing hunger pains before. Almost immediately after finishing the sandwich and fries, I felt some stomach pain. Roughly 45 min later, the pain escalated to be quite intense. I vomited and had diarrhea, temporarily relieving some pain. Replaced my dinner with water, tums, and saltines, and soon vomited again. About 14 hours later, still experiencing constant stomach discomfort, occasional pain, diarrhea, and have induced vomiting a couple times.
