Ordered fried sandwich and fries and some chicken noodle soup from door dash at 520pm and ate around 7pm.Woke up at 1:41am nauseous with severe stomach pains (felt like I had a rock in my intestines). Tried to use the restroom but couldn’t and was stuck in bed with the pain. Finally had severe diarrhea 2 hours later and have felt sick for the last 18 hours 😢 Finally just got some soup down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
