Bought and ate the grilled chicken wrap with ranch dressing,along with waffle fries,8 piece nuggets with honey mustard and ,lemonade. An hour after eating ,I got the chills and started having diarrhea along with vomiting. Nausea set in,dehydration, cramps, and also got extremely hot at one point.
