Chick-fil-A, West Ehringhaus Street, Elizabeth City, NC, USA

1706 West Ehringhaus Street, Elizabeth City, 27909 North Carolina, United States

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a kale crunch. I ate the sandwich and fries shortly after I got home. I placed the kale salad in the fridge. I went back and ate it about 3 hours later. Around midnight, which was about 3 hours later. I began vomiting with severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. I feel weak, my head hurts, I have chills. I'm burning up then I have cold sweats. I don't want to eat anything. I'm afraid I'm gonna get dehydrated. This has been going on for over 9 hours. This is the worst I've ever experienced. I hardly ever get sick or anything, whatever they did to that salad is horrible. I felt weird after the sandwich that day. But the salad is so that my body has been bringing up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
