My wife and I went to about 6p last Friday ordered 8 count nuggets and fries no drink. I decided not to order for myself. About 3 hours later she began feeling sick, started with diarrhea, then vomiting and both simultaneously. She had muscle aches, headache and a slight fever. She started feeling better Sunday morning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Muscle Pain
