I hadn’t eaten anything for at least 12 hours prior to ordering at this location. I’ve eaten there many times in the past and don’t recall ever having this issue. I bought a chicken wrap w/ranch dressing, peach shake, and small fries. As soon as I ate the wrap, I immediately felt nauseous and like it was going to vomit. Then gas pains started with severe diarrhea- which has been non-stop! Definitely food poisoning. Hoping this resolves to avoid an expensive trip to the ER! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
