I ordered chicken Alfredo bread bowl Thursday night Sept. 16, 2021. My symptoms started around 3 am Friday morning. That day I had watery diarrhea and I threw up 3 times. The vomiting had subsided but I’m going on day 4 of stomach cramps and the diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
