I ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo, the first one was underdone. Every single noodle was stuck together and it was cold. I was told “there was something wrong with the fettuccine” I got a new plate with spaghetti noodles instead. I didn’t finish eating it, I took it to go. 2 days later and so on I have non stop diarrhea, I haven’t even anything since then because I won’t stop throwing up, my stomach is in knots, my body is aching. I’m afraid it could’ve been the chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache
