My partner and I had chicken quesadillas for dinner last night. They came with a side of guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The only side I had was the sour cream; my partner had all of them. I felt nauseous straight away but was otherwise fine. I woke up this morning feeling bloated and gassy, and have been having loose stools and stomach cramps since then. My partner experienced some cramping and gas.
