- comments: must provide a hand washing sign at hand sink in basement toilet room.

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package in squeeze bottles in refrigerator.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings in kitchen on top of food storage container. 4-5 yrs. Old room- closet along wall bases,cot storage room closet. Food storage closet- under storage shelf. Laundry room-behind washer & dryer,light bulbs along wall. Basement electrical room. Large motor room-next to book case. 1st kids toilet room. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/7/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.
