September 23 2023 I ordered a bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich the next morning September 24 2023 I woke up with the symptoms of nausea and diarrhea for an hour I went to the restroom. The following weeks I get diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori bacteria. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
