Dinner w family at Chili's, mother ordered chicken fajitas and soup. I strongly suspect seminella she has had nausea diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days. Called to report to manager, Sick within 1.5 hours of injusting food 1 person was ill | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
