Senior's Severe Food Illness - Chili's, Lafayette Colorado

Ate chicken margarita meal, chips, (no sauce dip) water, tortilla, coffee. Headach lightheaded after leaving resturaunt. About 3 hours later severe diarrhea & nausea. Vomiting after that. This continued for 2 1/2 days. Still very weak. I am 69 years old. My body cannot tolerate this kind of abuse. It happened on Friday afternoon on 12/3/2021 at this place. I got very sick.
