I had the enchilada soup and chips with salsa. Tonight at 7pm on the way home I started getting the chills and shaking, I was so cold and couldn't get warm, spiked a fever by 930pm, and then by midnight it was all coming out both ends. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
