Fajitas Cause Severe Vomiting - Chili's, Springfield Missouri

Ate on May 15th 2024 I am still sick though Chili's restaurant Fajitas I think either the chicken or steak or lettuce... The chicken didn't seem very brown. And steak tasted funny. Just been sick throwing up since ate there only thing ate that day. Still sick. Can't stop throwing up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
