I ordered a quesadilla and my husband ordered a salmon dinner. Specifically, mine was the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. I ate three pieces and two hours later hours sick and throwing up violently. It was the only thing I had eaten all day and I was perfectly fine before. My mother’s physical therapist got food poisoning last week from chilis, and I didn’t find out until after I told her about mine. He also ate from the same Jonesboro, Arkansas chili’s | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
