Ate Steak & Loaded mashed potatoes for dinner and within 1 hour I was on the toilet, 6 times. also have a fever and had to take Tylenol.  I just got sick. I ate the Steak (Medium) and loaded mashed potatoes and corn. My boyfriend ate the chicken tenders and felt fine. We got the food @ 9pm and by 11 I was extremely extremely ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
