1788 Morse Road, Columbus, 43224 Ohio, United States

Ate around noon on Saturday 1013. Food was lukewarm to cold. Ate from the buffet - lo mein rice and various chicken dishes - bbq general tso teriyaki and chicken&broccoli. Drank sierra mist with no ice. Within 30 minutes of leaving had stomach pain and forceful diarrhea. Gassy cramps and diarrhea continue today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Cramps
