Beef Meal Causes Illness - China Fun, Escondido California

On November 18,2023 Four of us had different dinners in our party at China Fun. I was the only one that had Beef. I had a Mongolian Beef with fresh vegetables, and steam rice entree. Within 1 hour from finishing my meal, I started to have cramping and diarrhea. Then came the vomiting. And nausea. After 3 days I am still experiencing these symptoms. I can’t keep anything down. Not even anything from my BRAT diet, or soup. I’ve lost 8 pounds and feel very weak and nauseated. I can’t sleep because I am constantly using the toilet. If I don’t get better soon I’m seeing a doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
