Ate lunch at said establishment @ 1130 am had pepper steak with onions........ Food came out super fast...... Not even 5 minutes after I was done with my lunch and I didn't finish it all I started having stomach cramps followed shortly after by vomiting and fever......vomiting lasted almost a full 24 hours and 4 days later I still feel very weak and not able to eat much | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
