Occurred Oct 4th 2015. Ordered a bowl, within 30 mins of eating it felt ill with stomach discomfort for the rest of the night. woke up around 4am, vomit and diarrhea quickly followed. think it was either the medium salsa or lettuce as my husband had a bowl, didn't get sick, and didn't get either of those toppings. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
